DAVE PARTIN
Lead Pastor / Elder
Dave and his wife, Rivers, planted Neighborhood Church in 2015 with the vision of a church that loves God and their neighbors together. They have four wonderful children Joy, Lydia, Melody, and Jackson. He graduated from UMKC and has his Masters of Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He enjoys, camping with his family, board games, sports, and when possible playing some disc golf.

JOEL REED
Associate Pastor / Youth Pastor / Elder
Joel is honored to be serving at Neighborhood Church! Each day, he desires to vividly display Christ to those around him and live a life alongside those who are passionately seeking the Lord with their hearts and minds. Joel graduated from Moody Bible Institute in 2008 and moved back to Kansas City, his hometown. While helping plant Neighborhood Church he met his beautiful bride, Kierstin, and married her in 2019.

RIVERS PARTIN
Dir. of Ministry Initiatives
Rivers alongside her husband Dave planted Neighborhood Church in Overland Park, KS in 2015. Dave and Rivers have been married since 1998 and have four wonderful children Joy, Lydia, Melody, and Jackson. Rivers graduated from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with her master's degree in counseling. She serves full-time with the North American Mission Board on the planter spouse development team. Connecting with, encouraging, and coming alongside others is one of her very favorite things.
LORI RENFRO
Kids Ministry Director
Lori and her husband Chris have an amazing heart for families. Their home is constantly the hangout spot for kids in their neighborhood. Lori brings her love for Jesus, kids, and creativity to our church community with her desire for clear communication and care for volunteers.

MARIA PURVIANCE
Church Admin
Maria serves in many capacities in our church, school, and community. She is married to an amazing animator, Jess Purviance, and has three active boys. They love serving at a church that is focused on Christ and building a strong community.

ROB MUNYAN
Elder
Rob has been married to Elaine for almost 4 decades and has eight wonderful children. Several years ago, they visited Neighborhood Church, and they say they, "quickly discovered this group of Christians excels at loving and serving the community with the gospel of Jesus." He says, "It has been a privilege to partner and serve at NC."

BRIAN LOHR
Elder
Brian and his wife Jenny have been attending Neighborhood Church since its inception. At the church, Brian enjoys leading small groups, singing with the worship band, and occasionally preaching. In his free time, Brian enjoys reading and playing both computer and board games.

CURTIS BEASLEY
Elder
Curtis and his wife Michelle have been a part of Neighborhood Church since 2015. Curtis serves as an elder and our church treasurer. He leads our Sunday Morning Men's Discipleship Group and is also on the preaching team.

OUR HISTORY
Planting Neighborhood Church started in the Summer of 2015 when Pastor and Church Planter Dave Partin moved with his wife to Overland Park, KS. Their desire was to build a spiritual inclusive community where they live, work, and play.
